LOGGING IN PROBLEMS AND COOKIES
Websites store "cookies" on your computer
to facilitate transactions with the site. In most
cases, cookies are harmless. For some websites like
the forums, you must allow cookies to be accepted
in order to use the site, because each time you click
on a forum or a post, you are actually clicking on
a new link.
Your browser must support cookies, and the option
must be enabled to sign in. To do this, follow the
instructions below:
Internet Explorer 6
1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click
Internet Options.
2. Click the Privacy tab, and then click Edit.
3. In Address of Web site, type the complete address
of the Web site for which you want to specify custom
settings, ahfcchat.com
4. To specify that you want Internet Explorer to always
allow cookies from ahfcchat.com to
be saved on your computer, click Allow.
Internet Explorer 5
1. Click Tools, and then Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the Internet zone.
4. Select a security level other than High.

Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section,
and then click Enable for both cookie options.
Internet Explorer 4.x
1. Click View, and then Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll to the Security section.
4. Under Cookies, click Always accept cookies.
Firefox
1. Click Tools, and then Options.
2. Click Privacy.
3. Click on Cookies.
4. Under Cookies, click enable cookies, you should
not need any other options set.
In addition, if you are using a software firewall,
please check the settings for privacy in your firewall
to ensure it allows permanent cookie storage for our
site. You may also have to specifically allow cookies
for ahfcchat.com in any security
software you are running, such as Norton Internet
Security.
Mac users have found Safari works well and have never
complained about registration issues. Try both and
see which one runs better.
